for actually being fitted properly by one of our diving professionals.
We assemble your diving system, configured to your specific needs and
absolutely guarantee the fit in our center and our indoor heated pool
at no extra charge.
We
will make sure you are fully aware of all the features and benefits
of the equipment you have selected and that you are trained in the purpose
and use of the functions & features at no extra charge.
We
will also complete and register all of the warranty information for
you and here to instantly resolve any warranty issues that may arise
at no extra charge.
We
guarantee you will be happy with your newly selected equipment or we'll
exchange it for any other piece of equipment to satisfy you.
We
advise you when your annual service is due, usually two months in advance,
and are here to honor all manufacturers' warranties & updates for
you at no extra charge.
You
are always welcome to come "take a dive" in the pool to refresh
your diving skills or get "reacquainted" with your equipment
at no charge. Those that may possibly be considering making a career
either thru our Divemaster or Instructor Program must use equipment
consistent with what our store provides. This comfort and safety issue
runs deep in the roots or our personal philosophy and in the best interest
of our students as well.
All
appropriate products that we offer include a full U.S. warranty. Unlike
most items that are purchased overseas which won't be included with
a U.S. warranty. Planet Scuba only stocks products that will be eligible
for full U.S. warranties to protect our customers for years down the
road.
If
you just feel you have a deal too good to be true for new equipment,
give us a chance to make you one of our many happy & loyal customers
before you give you credit card number to someone out of State or even
worse, out of the country. Then we can see if you are REALLY getting
what they have told you, such as correct sizing, color, model # and
